Who this is for

Is this pilot cohort right for you?

This pilot cohort is for you if:

  • You are a parent or primary caregiver of a child aged 5–12 with ADHD or suspected ADHD.
  • You can commit to attending weekly live online Zoom sessions.
  • You’re curious, open‑minded, and willing to try small weekly strategies at home.

You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis for your child to express interest—many families join while they’re still exploring assessments.

What you’ll need

To take part comfortably, you’ll need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device that can run Zoom (computer, tablet or smartphone)
  • A quiet-ish space if possible (we know that’s not always easy!)
  • A willingness to try small weekly strategies between sessions

If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, you can still complete the Expression of Interest form and we’ll follow up with you one‑to‑one.
